Eli brings 16+ years of Law Enforcement, 8+years US Army, and 5+ years of Private Investigation experience to the 'Praxis Detection' consulting services. He has earned a Master of Business Administration from WTAMU and some of his professional board certifications include: Certified International Investigator (CII), Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator (CHFI), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). In April2024, He started his second Masters degree in International Relations & Global Security with American Military University. He is former adjunct instructor of digital forensics.
He is a voracious reader of crime, philosophy, and current security trends. He assists his wife with raising pure breed Australian Shepherds. When time permits, he studies Kodokan Judo and Wing Chun Kung Fu.

Mike brings 30+ years of experience in the IT industry to the 'Praxis' investigation and security consulting services. Mike has worked at every level; Architecture, Administration, Project management as well as Data and Systems Analysis. His most recent experience is being part of a Governance and Compliance team focused on Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP).
His experiences in systems root cause analysis and Opposition Research, has lead actionable information, intelligence, and evidence supporting civil and criminal defense engagements.
Mike also volunteers his, OSINT, IT Security, and CIP experience locating missing persons in cyberspace.
A Husband and Father of two, Mike enjoys traveling, history and the US Constitution. Mike is also part of a weekly podcast and produces several others across the country. He recently started practicing Kodokan Judo.
Jake Rue | LPI

Jake brings 25+ years in Information Technology/IT Security to the 'Praxis' investigation and security consulting services. He began with electronics maintenance training in the Marine Corps. He has worked predominantly in healthcare and petrochemical IT and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). In Dec2022, he completed the Cyber5W Digital Forensics Analyst (CDFA) training.
His training and experience in networking technology has supported civil and criminal cases involving digital forensic examinations.
Jake also volunteers his investigator and network security skills finding missing persons in cyberspace and the darkweb.
In his free time, he hangs out with his family and practices Danzan Ryu Jujitsu, Kodokan Judo, and Shaolin Kung Fu.

Amongst this team, He is often sought out and consulted out for different perspectives regarding; Convergent Cyber and Information Security concerns regarding Small/Medium Sized Businesses and Criminal cases.
He is an experienced and results-driven cybersecurity leader and combat veteran. Proven expertise in implementing and managing security controls aligned with industry-leading standards such as FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-82, NIST SP 800-171, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS, and PCI DSS. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, driving security initiatives, and mitigating emerging information / cyber threats.

Khya is the newest and youngest member of the of 'Praxis Team'. She is the 'Kate Warne' of the Praxis Outfit.
She completed a "Basic Investigations" Course through (40hrs. TCOLE via TEEX) & "Process Server Certification" (7hrs) in 2024.
Her future training includes: "Death Investigations" (40hrs TCOLE via TEEX), Criminal Defense Investigations, Infidelity Investigations, & Surveillance Investigations.
Khya was born a West Texan and daughter of a two tour Army Combat Veteran. In her free time she pencil draws and paints. She has an interest in Political Science Studies
