What is Fraud?

Whether 'Real' or 'Perceived' by the actor, generally there is pressure or incentive to commit a fraud. 

This pressure can be internal or external to an entity.

" a way of describing, interpreting, or explaining something (such as bad behavior) that makes it seem proper, more attractive, etc." Merriam-Webster (2024)

Access is 'Key'. Did the actor create access? Was given access? Opportunity is placed at the base of the triangle, because without access or opportunity the fraud cannot occur.
